木桶と国産大豆・小麦で天然醸造。昔ながらという表現がぴったりで、素朴で穏やかで優しい味。
繊細な素材もしっかりと活かす。
色は淡くてしょっぱさの強い淡口醤油。うま味のつまった豆腐や白身の刺身にかけると素材そのもののおいしさを実感いただけるはず。
熟成期間の長い濃厚タイプ。そのままなめても十分においしい。
木桶で三年熟成の再仕込みはクセがなく使いやすい醤油です。マグロの刺身、わさび醤油にしてお肉にも。
甘みをつけている醤油。九州や北陸の地域で愛されている味。
甘口の中でも甘さ控えめタイプで初心者にはちょうどよい加減かと。白身の刺身や卵かけごはん、焼きおにぎり等に。
とにかく濃厚。熱烈なファンも多い溜醤油。
原材料は大豆・塩のみでとてもシンプル。愛知県産大豆100%を木桶で三年熟成。独特な風味を持ち、ハマる方はハマる濃厚な味。

Great value
You get so many in the package. My dog gets one each night after dinner as a “tooth brushing”. He’s a big greyhound and these are thin and smallish, which is great for smaller dogs, but he loves them anyway.

My dogs favorite
These are my dogs favourite treats at the end of the day. I used to buy the small packages, but im so glad i just discovered the large size. He waits all day for these and he'll even sit by the drawer theyre kept in throughout the day hoping to get one. They smell like real food (not strong though) and one of these lasts him at least 20-30 minutes. My dog is insanely picky when it comes to chewing sticks so im glad hes obsessed with these. He'll first chew off the chicken wrapping around the rawhide, then eat the full rawhide afterwards followed by a huge nap. They tire him out which is perfect because hes a huge chewer.
