Great Resource for Holistic Healing

When I came across this book it reminded me of Louise Hayes โYou Can Heal Your Lifeโ. It addresses many issues that manifest physically in the body and how to release it by releasing the emotional energetic aspect that relates to it by knowing the cause, it provides a solution along with key words for energetic healing and a strengthening affirmation and tips. Some ailments or issues listed I was surprised to see as one would think you canโt do anything about it, but you can - and the author makes clear from the beginning this book is not a substitute for medical advice or treatment but rather to complement it and to provide alternative options for those who want to take a holistic approach.
