Original - Our first SCTJM barbecue sauce ever made! This sauce is our most neutral flavor and is slightly sweet and tangy. It is not spicy. 
Strawberry Jalapeño or Strawberry Chipotle: If you like sauces with a hint of fruit and spice, try one of these flavors! Our strawberry jalapeño and strawberry chipotle sauces are slightly spicy, however the jalapeño and chipotle are used more for the flavor than the spice level.  
Sweet and Spicy - Tasting exactly as it sounds, this flavor has a touch of sweetness and a kick of spice! It is our spiciest sauce and a favorite of those who like spicy dishes. 
Smoky Apple - This sauce contains apple and many different seasonings, giving the sauce a rich smoky taste. The type of seasonings used in the sauce are commonly associated with grilling. It is not spicy.
