It is not sharpened, blades are blunt (in order to pass through the export customs clearance). But you can sharpen it quite easily at site.

Handle: wrapped with leather.

There might be some minor unevennesses in the axe head surface due to hand work.

IMPORTAND CONDITIONS (in order for it not to be treated as a cold weapon in Ukraine and allow exportation by the customs from Ukraine):
1. It will be sent to you with a blunt blade and blunt spikes.
2. It can be sent in two parcels: separately axe and separately a handle with a screw or it can be sent disassembled.
3. Upon receiving two parcels you will easily combine the axe head with the axe handle by a screw.
4. I will not accept your claims regarding the blunt blade and disassembled way of shipping.
