This design gives you a solidly mounted loop that will stay in place should a driveshaft or transmission failure occur.BMR's suspension designed the Driveshaft Safety Loop to contain a driveshaft, keeping it from ripping through the floor or digging into the track in event of a failure. worked great at fair price
works fine on my 1994 volvo penta 3.0 GL the main gasket was wrong, but my 3.0 GL does not have a gasket, the other parts appear to be universal

Great replacement kit
Called around for quotes to get them replaced and everyone was quoting over $2k just for bellows. Figured Iβd give it a try. The rubber is good quality and feels soft. Time will tell but this is an easy job if youβre mechanically inclined. Make sure you replace the plastic water pickup fitting while youβre at it. Found mine to be cracked on disassembly and had to wait for a new one. Should be a easy 3-4 hour job if your not doing the bearing and only doing bellows
