Le sirop de canne et vanille DORMOY (500mL) est une specialite martiniquaise, elabore a partir du sucre de canne des Antilles et parfume a la vanille. Un sirop ambre, rond et aromatique, pilier du bar creole.

Il sucre instantanement ti-punch, planteur et cocktails au rhum, mais s'invite aussi sans alcool dans les jus, limonades et eaux fraiches. Pour une boisson au gingembre et citron maison, melangez quelques cuillerees de sirop, du jus de citron vert frais et du gingembre rape, allongez d'eau gazeuse et servez bien frais sur glacons. Il nappe egalement crepes, salades de fruits, yaourts et punchs de Noel.

La vanille apporte une profondeur chaleureuse au sucre de canne, plus douce et plus parfumee qu'un sirop classique.

However, a warning to those who get the Kindle version - it is formatted horribly. After having read dozens of books on my iPad mini using the Kindle app over the years, this is the first bok where hyphens are in words that do not break on line endings, which seems minor but after a few dozen instances gets really annoying. I hope some AI reads these reviews and sends a note to whoever edited this thing (or converted it to an e-book) to rectify this stupid situation. Attached are two screen shots, both from page 39 - where I high-lit the offending words...
