We Love e.l.f.!

I love e.l.f., and at this point I feel like half my makeup bag is from them because they keep getting it right and for a great price. I got this brow pencil in the taupe shade and the color is exactly what I was hoping for. Itβs soft and natural looking without pulling too warm or making my brows look too dark and heavy. It fills everything in nicely while still looking like real brows. For reference I have blonde highlights and lighter features so if I use anything too dark it looks unnatural.
The pencil tip is small enough to do little hair-like strokes, which I love for sparse areas, but itβs also easy to blend and shade quickly when Iβm getting ready in a rush. The formula has a really nice texture too. Itβs not too waxy or too creamy, so it glides on smoothly without smearing everywhere. The spoolie is actually useful too and helps soften everything so my brows look natural instead of overdone.
For the price, this is such a good everyday brow pencil and definitely another e.l.f. product Iβll keep purchasing.

Great for building a natural brow definition & body

I love this eyebrow pen when Iβm going for a more natural look with my everyday makeup. Great price for a great product. I brush my eyebrows out, apply with the grain of my brows and finish with another good brush throw to blend the product and it looks great. I get the color Taupe as I have dirty blonde hair, and the match is great for my brows. Quick and easy pick me up to give my brows some extra structure and definition.

Have been using it for months now! I am in love with elf and its makeup line, everything is of high quality and works on every skin type, this pencil is soo nice, tho one disadvantage it has is it gets removed easily if u swipe your hand accidentally, other than that LOVE IT, the shape is very precise, color is very natural.

EXACTLY as advertised and MORE! HIGHLY recommended! π
Scent: Unscented
I've been using this product for 2 years and it works as stated. I have sensitive skin and this doesn't irritate my skin at all.
Every so often, I've asked those close to me if they've noticed any odors over the past two years and they've always replied no. I've used other brands previously that were specifically labeled as "gentle" or for "sensitive skin", which were anything but. Those were also HIGHLY scented and irritated my skin, unlike this product which is very effective without all the unnecessary chemical additives. I feel the coconut oil has soothing properties and it actually helps keep my underarm skin healthy instead of making it parched, like other brands do.
This product doesn't state that it's for sensitive skin but for me it's far more gentle than any other brand I've used. I also like that it doesn't contain any harsh anti-perspirants so my body can breathe and cool itself off properly through the natural act of sweating. The act of sweating releases toxins through your skin pores so it's not healthy to impede that process. This product supports that natural process by not containing any anti-perspirant chemicals.
Although it's labeled as unscented, science will tell you that everything in the world has a scent (even water) and this product has a very minimal wisp of a scent that's nearly imperceptible. Manufacturer's usually refer to this as a 'masking scent' so you don't notice the smell of chemicals in a product. However, this product has minimal chemicals (that's why I chose it) so there's not much to cover up and that's a good thing!
Neither I, nor anyone else that I've asked, can detect a fragrance. The ONLY time I can smell anything is when I apply it to my underarms, so the product is obviously in closer proximity to my nose. As I glide it across my skin a faint scent of a Lifesaver's pineapple flavor candy takes me immediately back to my happy childhood memories. It lasts for a few seconds and then it's gone. Could just be me but every time I use this I end up with a smile on my face. π
I think this happens because your underarm skin is warm so the deodorant also warms and the solidified coconut oil melts a bit as you apply it, which releases the barely-there scent. I don't smell coconut, I smell glorious pineapple! Whoever thought to make it like this is genius! For those of you who don't smell anything for those few seconds, you're missing out.
