With the launch of their 2025 Master Built Series, Maton revived their treasured "Classic Traditional Thinline". The 000 Traditional body shape features a dynamic combination of European Spruce over Indian Rosewood.
This wood combination designed with the Maton's light-build technique is super responsive. Rich overtones yield to exceptional string balance and individual note clarity, compared with most any western built Rosewood guitars.
The result shows Maton's consistency in their signature top voicing. Rich bass, blending well with a stellar top register and exceptional sustain.
The AP5 Pro Pickup System includes an internal microphone and piezo pickup, both of which can be blended via their individual controls, working through their 2-channel pre-amp. The system is designed to capture the true, natural sound of the guitar - which is built in to every Maton Guitar!
