RÉSUMÉ: À la fin des années 1980, à Biarritz – Lili, une jeune fille de quatorze ans, passe les vacances d’été dans un camping, avec sa famille. Passablement tourmentée, Lili est en conflit avec ses parents et son frère aîné. Lors d’une escapade nocturne, elle fait la connaissance de Maurice, un quadragénaire. Il entraîne Lili dans des boîtes de nuit, puis à l’Hôtel du Palais, où il réside. Une relation complexe va s’installer entre eux, basée sur le désir et le refus.

La réalisatrice adapte ici son roman éponyme, publié en 1987. Love the simple perfect shape

The problem of the sides rubbing can be solved by stepping on the back till flat as if wearing sandals. This bends the side enough to never rub again when worn in the normal way.
