Unlike a classic French Mille-feuille, the Napoleon cake is constructed with divine vanilla-bean custard rather than the conventional whipped heavy cream. Our buttery puff pastry is hand made and never store-bought. No baking soda, baking powder or raising agents. We've topped this darling cake with diced almonds and fine powdered sugar for a wholesome level of sweetness and crunch! You can choose to order this cake without or with fruit toppings (+surcharge).
