The ColorSHIFT(tm) Halo Kit can produce any color including whites from 3000K-15000K with the push of a button. This allows the user to dial-in the exact color rings that they desire. These 3-Chip 5050 SMD rings are BRIGHT, and for some they may be too bright, that is why (for the first time) the user has full control over the ring brightness. ORACLE SMD or "Surface Mount Diode" Halos utilize an advanced type of LED chip that can produce brilliant light output while only consuming a small amount of power. The SMD chips are installed onto a CAD designed 6-layer PCB (Printed Circuit Board) which is very sturdy and will not break if pressured. Direct Fit and good quality

For anyone that has owned an E46 knows that even the stock kidney grills are brittle plastic. This aftermarket is about the same quality as stock. It is a direct fit and has the clips where they are supposed to be to keep them in place. The look is also pretty nice. This one is all black and actually looks nice on my black E46. I would recommend especially for the price and shipping was fast.
