Research-Supported Benefits:
Supports Immune Health. Vitamin C plays an important role in normal immune function, and maintaining adequate vitamin C status helps support the body’s natural defenses. Supplementation with vitamin C has been shown in research to support immune health and help maintain normal immune responses.1, 2
