We formulated this oxymel to extract those deep minerals that are generally missing from the everyday, modern diet.
The herbs are fermented (extracted into) organic apple cider vinegar for 4 weeks, then combined with equal parts of raw honey.
How to Enjoy: mix 1 tbls with 8 oz of water and enjoy as an enriching drink, add to a mocktail, or put into a salad dressing.
