All of his grapes are hand harvested, wild fermented with no additives, apart from SO2 added at bottling.
Una Notte ("one night") is a nod to Konrad's Italian origins - 100% Grenache Noir from 40-year-old vines underwent just one night of maceration before five months elevage in stainless steel tanks. You'll get notes of pomegranate, tart raspberries and herbs with a limestone twang.
