To measure your length, measure from just under your knee to the bottom of your skate's heel. If you are choosing a "Shoes" style, measure from just under your knee to the floor. Next measure around your leg just under your knee where you would like the top of the leg warmer to sit. It keeps the cheeks and gums hydrated but not the tongue. I still woke up and had to have water because my tongue was dried out.
