In his early twenties, midway through a university degree in Sports Science, Andy made the unexpected decision to travel to the Himalayas to study meditation instead. It was the beginning of a ten year journey which took him around the world, culminating with ordination as a Tibetan Buddhist monk in Northern India.
His transition back to lay life in 2004 was no less extraordinary. Training briefly at Moscow State Circus, he returned to London where he completed a degree in Circus Arts with the Conservatoire of Dance and Drama, whilst drawing up the early plans for what was later to become Headspace.
He has been featured widely in international press, appearing in Vogue, NYT, FT, Entrepreneur, Men's Health and Esquire, to name but a few. He also makes regular appearances on TV and online, having been featured on BBC, Dr Oz, Netflix and TED.
Andy currently lives in Venice, California, with his wife Lucinda.

PERFECT Toy Aussie Puppy Toy!!

If I could give this six out of five stars I would. I’m so grateful that there are multiple size options so I could pick the perfect size for my puppy. As a 4 1/2 pound puppy, I got him the smallest size ball. It’s the perfect size for him and he’s able to pick it up at any corner with the strap zone on to it. It’s very thick and durable but also lightweight so my 4 1/2 pound puppy is able to run with it in its mouth easily. He loves chewing the tabs and they haven’t budged or broken. It’s excellent quality and worth every dollar. We used this ball indoors and outdoors all day long, it’s his favorite toy!!

A favorite for all dogs!

If I could add more than 5 stars I would. This is by far Sophie's favorite toy among her pile of toys. It's so durable my son's German shepherd plays with it and it has lasted forever!!! Best money spent. Love this!

I don’t usually write reviews but my fur baby asked me to🙂. I bought her the Small ball. She absolutely loves this ball.
She is an 8.5 yorkie shiz tzu mix. She’ll grab the ball and shake it like crazy. We don’t know how she avoids hitting herself in the head. She loves running with it and doesn’t want to give it up. It’s her go to toy. Best Buy ever.

Best soccer ball with tabs for dogs, must buy.

My dogs favorite toy of all times. If your dog likes playing with balls get this for your dog. The tabs are the best addition. My dog chews the tabs off but that doesn’t stop us from continuing to use the ball.
