DESIGNED IN 3D
We chose to go against the grain and create fresh designs instead of following the industry standard, which calls for creating 2D patterns and attempting to fit them onto a 3D body. We use computer design to create 3D models of well-fitting wetsuits, and then we use cutting-edge software to translate those models into an exact 2D pattern that can be produced in the factory.

SD2 tape 2.0
After being glued, the neoprene layers are "blind-stitched" (partially through the neoprene layer with a needle). An air heater equipment is then used to fuse the SD2 tape to the seam. Our wetsuits are now more flexible, waterproof, and durable thanks to this cutting-edge technique.
