Step up your 2015-2020 Ford F150 4WD with this BDS 4" suspension lift kit, with clearance for up to 35" tires. It uses BDS's high-clearance design for improved ground clearance, strength, and offroad protection while correcting suspension and steering geometry. Up front are high-arched 1/4" steel crossmembers, multipiece differential relocation brackets, a skid plate, CNC-machined ductile iron steering knuckles for ESC compatibility, plus sway bar relocation brackets, brake line brackets and alignment cam bolts. The rear uses high-strength fabricated lift blocks, longer u-bolts and NX2 Nitro or optional FOX 2.0 Performance Series shocks.

Notes
- 18" wheels with 5-5.5" total backspacing should be test fit prior to mounting the tire to ensure clearance to the BDS steering knuckle.
- 18" or larger diameter wheels required. Stock 17" and 18" wheels cannot be reinstalled. Stock 20" wheels can be used with up to a 305/60-20 tires.
- E-brake bracket required for factory powersteps (123018).
- Block kits replace factory 1-1/4" block.
- Models with a 2-piece rear driveshaft may require carrier bearing drop shim kit #122406.
- Will not fit HD models (7 lug).

This is a nice mat for floor exercises.

I had some lower back issues and went to physical therapy. I used this mat for my floor stretches and exercises at home along with my big rubber ball. It made the floor work so much more comfortable. Beware of the smell. When I unroll it I still smell that “memory foam” odor, which takes some getting used to. I aired it out as instructed, twice, and it persists. It’s a wonderful mat so the odor is not a deal breaker. I’d buy it again.

Love my mat!

I’m new to stretching and recovery classes, and there is a lot of floor work. I was using the gym mats, but my knees, lower back, and glutes were hurting from being on the floor.
This mat is the perfect thickness and feels wonderful during floor exercises. It gives me the extra cushion I need without being difficult to use. It’s also lightweight, durable, easy to clean, and easy to roll up for transport. The pink makes me smile. That said , the mat makes the classes more enjoyable.

Comfortable and thick mat that’s great for workouts at home

I picked up this Amazon Basics extra thick exercise mat for home workouts, and it’s been a solid addition. The thickness is the first thing you notice—it provides good cushioning, especially for exercises where you’re on your knees, elbows, or back.
The surface has enough grip to keep you from slipping during most movements, whether you're doing stretching, core work, or basic workouts. It also stays in place pretty well on the floor without sliding around too much.
