Works really well, but only for a while. After about 3 or 4 weeks, it begins to stop working. Side effects-can leave you groggy if you don't get enough sleep. I shouldn't be taking these due to certain medical conditions, but they taste like nothing, super effective - like I fall asleep within maybe 30-45 minutes - and I STAY asleep watch is a lot more than I can say for any other melatonin products that I've used. Again, I do have restrictions, so I only take them once in a while, but so does my roommate and he says the same. They're small enough to not be hard to swallow as well. I've recommended them to some of my friends and family and we're all in agreement. I mean, of course, consult your doctor first, but like, these have been one of the most helpful supplements for sleep which is super important to me
