Research-Supported Benefits:

Supports Longevity. Studies have shown that boosting NAD+ synthesis in the body extends the lifespan of yeast, worms and flies. (1)

Blood Sugar Regulation. As we age, we have more trouble processing glucose, leading to higher blood sugar—a known contributor to several metabolic-related disorders. Supplemental NMN has been shown to improve several markers of skeletal muscle glucose metabolism that are commonly dysregulated in people with metabolic disorders. (2)

Supports Metabolism and Healthy Weight. Although excessive body weight can develop at any age, adults over age 40 are particularly susceptible to age-related weight gain as metabolism slows down and body composition is altered to favor fat over lean muscle. As obese individuals have reductions in both NAD+ levels and ATP (energy) production, replenishing NAD+ through NMN can help to reverse this while improving metabolic pathways to maintain a healthy weight. (3,4,5)

Supports Healthy Cognition: With increasing age, adults experience declining cognitive function, which is often caused by low NAD+ levels and impaired mitochondrial function. Replenishing NAD+ stores through NMN may be able to prevent this dysfunction. (6,7,8,9)

Supports Healthy Skin: In our 30s and 40s, the appearance of our skin can start to show signs of age. Several studies have examined how boosting NAD+ levels in the skin (10, 11)

  • ProHealth Longevity’s Liposomal NMN Pro Complete is a trio of longevity-supporting compounds, including NMN, trans-resveratrol and TMG.
  • Nicotinamide mononucleotide (NMN) is a derivative of the B-vitamin niacin that may improve health and longevity by serving as a precursor to NAD+.
  • NMN supplementation has been found to improve various parameters of health, including physical endurance and muscle strength, neurological function, heart health, and body weight.
  • ProHealth’s Liposomal NMN features an innovative delivery system that may help to increase the product's bioavailability (how well it’s absorbed and used by the body).
  • NMN and trans-resveratrol work together, which is why longevity experts recommend taking them together for effectiveness. This dynamic duo has been likened to the operation of a car, with NMN as the fuel and trans-resveratrol as the accelerator pedal.
  • Regular resveratrol is composed of 50% trans-resveratrol and 50% cis-resveratrol. Because research suggests that only the trans-form has valuable biological activity, NMN Pro Complete contains pure, natural, pharmaceutical grade trans-resveratrol.
  • TMG, also known as betaine, is an amino acid that supports the body's methylation processes. These processes are known to decline with age and may also be affected by common gene variations. Also, NMN supplementation may require the use of methyl groups to help facilitate the conversion of NAD+ in your cells, thereby activating sirtuins and promoting longevity.
  • Many top anti-aging experts suggest that safeguarding against methyl depletion may be a wise proactive step to augment your NMN intake. TMG, the choice of many of those experts, is an excellent way to help support your body's ability to maintain an adequate methyl pool.
  • Only Clinically-Proven NMN. ProHealth's NMN is the only clinically-proven NMN to boost NAD+ levels in a peer-reviewed, double-blind, placebo-controlled, published clinical study. Results of the study indicated a 38% increase in NAD+ levels and a 12-year reversal in biological age. (12)

Instead of having to take three separate supplements each day, you can now get the ideal balance of all three in one convenient serving. A single serving of Liposomal NMN Pro Complete will provide you with 500 mg of NMN from 1,000 mg liposomal NMN, 500 mg of trans-resveratrol, and 250 mg of TMG – the daily dosage most often recommended by the world's leading longevity experts.
  • Unique Liposomal Delivery Method. ProHealth’s Liposomal NMN features an innovative delivery system that may help to increase the product's bioavailability (how well it’s absorbed and used by the body).
    • Liposomes are nano-sized bubbles with a unique molecular structure that acts as a delivery vehicle to facilitate the transport of NMN into our cells.
    • The double-layered bubble safely protects the compound inside, allowing it to travel through the harsh digestive tract and bloodstream until it meets our cells. From there, the liposome merges with our cell membranes and releases the inner nutrient contents into the cell.
    • The body recognizes and accepts liposomal structures because they are phospholipid-based, mimicking our own cell membranes. This means compounds can be directly delivered into cells.
  • Solvent-Free. Compared to other NMN products, ours is made without any chemical solvents.
  • Quality Manufacturing Practices. All of our products are manufactured in an FDA-registered, GMP-certified facility.
  • Third-Party Tested in the USA. Every batch is third-party tested in US laboratories to ensure the highest quality, purity and potency. Certificates of Analysis are available.

The Babylonian Empire and the History of Mesopotamia
Format: Kindle
This is a very, very good book on the History of Mesopotamia. The people of Babylon came up with quadratic equations and trigonometry. They kept a log of the position of the planets, of meteor showers, sun rise and sun set, solar and lunar eclipse. The first ruler of Babylon, Hammurabi, came up with "Hammurabi's Law Code" which was written on a stelae and placed where all could read it. The Babylonian doctors wrote the first book on medicine. Back then doctors did not have hospitals to treat patients, patients were either treated at home or they would go to a clinic where doctors could treat them and several other patients overnight. The Babylonians created a city that became a pilgrimage destination with many temples. The architecture of the famed "hanging gardens" and several other "world wonders" were all located in Babylon, which aided in making the city a place worth travelling to. So many first happened in Babylon that the best way to find all of it out is by reading the book, which I highly recomend, you will not be disappointed.

The Babylonian Empire
Format: Kindle
This book analyses the achievements and challenges of the Babylonian Empire. It was a significant socio-political entity in Ancient Times. Like Assyria, the Babylonian state retained the written Akkadian language (the language of its native populace) for official use, despite its Northwest Semitic-speaking Amorite founders and Kassite successors, who spoke a language isolate, not being native Mesopotamians. It retained the Sumerian language for religious use (as did Assyria). Still, already by the time, Babylon was founded, this was no longer a spoken language, having been wholly subsumed by Akkadian. The earlier Akkadian and Sumerian traditions played a significant role in Babylonian and Assyrian culture. The region would remain an important cultural center, even under its protracted periods of outside rule. Ganesh of Mari founded the Kassite dynasty. Both Dynasties were significant. Moreover, The Kassites, like the Amorite rulers who had preceded them, were not originally native to Mesopotamia. They had first appeared in the Zagros Mountains of northwestern Iran today. Overall the book is well-written.

History as it should be written!
Format: Paperback
I found this book outstanding in every way. It is a fascinating, vivid picture of an incredible time in history. It’s interesting to read with rigorous research and draws the reader in as it travels through the three nations that ruled from Babylon. It gave me a fresh perspective of how the Old Testament history and prophets fit in with what was happening in Mesopotamia. I highly recommend this book to anyone, whether history buffs or someone completely new to the topic. This book is great for AP students or homeschoolers who will benefit from a solid foundation in the history of Babylon (and Sumer and Assyria) in a fun format they will enjoy reading.
