The Irwin Fitness PCD is a fully integrated Glute Ham Developer and Reverse Hyper, designed from the ground up to deliver uncompromising performance in both movements. Built for serious training environments, the PCD combines precision adjustability, ultra-smooth operation, and commercial-grade construction into a single, purpose-driven machine.
Transition seamlessly between GHD work and Reverse Hypers with a design that prioritizes both movements equally. From strict GHD sit-ups to heavy loaded hypers, every position feels stable, natural, and locked in.
Exceptionally Smooth, Controlled Movement
At the core of the PCD are six self-aligning pillow block bearings, delivering a level of smoothness and consistency that stands apart. Combined with extended 34” swing arms, the movement is fluid, controlled, and built to perform under load.
The swing arms can be locked together or disengaged for unilateral movement, offering training versatility unique to this type of machine.
We designed this machine to accommodate athletes of all sizes. We have accomplished this with as many height/sizing options as possible. On the front of the machine you are able to clip the belt in at (8) different height options to dial in proper positioning quickly and accurately. The adjustable arm system and leg lock ensure a secure, customized setup for every movement.

Constructed with heavy-duty materials and finished with stainless steel accents throughout, the PCD is designed for long-term durability in high-use environments. From stainless loading pins and weight storage to UHMW-protected step areas, every detail is intentional.
