No needles and no syringe necessary! As an alternative to the traditional use of a needle and syringe, the Dermojet HR, high-pressure jet injector is to designed to provide needle-free injection of medications like insulin just below the surface of the skin. For this purpose, the Dermojet injector is preset to 0.1 ml and thus, holds about 40 doses of insulin. With the Dermojet HR jet injector, you can administer local anaesthetics, corticosteroids, vaccines, insulin or other medications. The lack of use of a needle makes this device perfect for treating patients with a fear of needles
