First, we have the uptempo funk soul sounds of 'Vou Morar No Teu Sorriso' courtesy of sibling group, Trio Ternura taken from their self titled 1971 LP.

Comprised of sisters Jussara, Jurema and their brother Robson, this track is a real favourite of ours and a regular spin in our DJ sets. Tight drums, breaks and percussion lay the foundation for those jubilant vocals, funk-powered organs, punchy horns and grooving bass to transport you to sandier shores.
On the B side, a slice of dancefloor samba-funk-MPB radiance from Eliana Pittman with 'Quem Vai Querer'. Originally released in 1977 on RCA, the rolling samba groove, layered percussion and lovely lead vocal from Eliana build into a carnival-flavoured chorus to lift even the lowest of moods.
