Discover the complexities of international tax law with our insightful eBook, "Taxing Multinationals," published by Oxford University Press. This essential resource dives deep into the challenges posed by the rise of multinationals and their intricate cross-border tax planning strategies. Are you a policymaker, tax advisor, or corporate financial professional? Equip yourself with the knowledge to navigate the implications of current corporate interest limitation rules, which are perceived as essential anti-avoidance mechanisms aimed at preventing tax base erosion. However, these rules often lack a solid economic foundation, as they inadvertently perpetuate the 'debt bias' issue. In "Taxing Multinationals," we explore the pivotal question: can equalizing the tax deductibility of intercompany funding activities effectively minimize tax planning opportunities for multinationals? This eBook conceptualizes the cross-border debt bias as a fundamental 'disease,' while thin capitalization is merely a 'symptom' of deeper issues in tax policy. Delve into whether retaining existing interest limitation rules or pursuing alternative reforms would yield better results in combating tax avoidance by multinational corporations.
Acquire the insights you need to strategize and understand the evolving landscape of international taxation. Don’t miss out on this vital guide to multinational taxation strategies and regulatory frameworks. Transform your approach to tax compliance and policy-making today!

Solid unit, not showy 9thank you)
Style: R-S202BL, Configuration: w/o Wire and Plug
FAST!! shipping, complete, well packaged, excellent price for Yamaha durability. Easy hook-up, normal sized manual (thanks again!). Smile, intuitive controls. Base and treble by front-panel pots. I would have paid extra for a lighted remote.

This item was sold at a NEW price and it was CLEARLY USED.
Style: R-S202BL, Configuration: w/o Wire and Plug
Unfortunately I really didn’t get to operate this item due to the fact that it didn’t work. After I connected my speakers and plugged it in, I turned on the power switch and the lights came on, but no sound. No discredit to Yamaha, nor the item... this is on the seller.
It was sold at a new price and it was clearly a used item. Upon opening the box, I noticed :
1. The power cord was wrapped with a dirty, pink hair band.
2. The unit was not in plastic like a new item.
3. The FM antenna was missing.
4. The remote had old, used batteries in it.
This should not have been re-sold.

a cult that still goes on...
Style: R-S202BL, Configuration: w/o Wire and Plug
Update in 2023: I have to add that I made this ppurchase via Amazon and it arrived at me in mint condition (Amazon Renewed scheme with 90 days money back guaranteed). For hifi components, if it works for the first quarter, it will then work rest of years. Mine though opened box but mint in sense that both its cosmetics and functions work perfectly. I purchased beefier models of Yamaha same series, the As 301r and As 501r afterwards via Amazon. Other than delicacy, the AR 202 receiver's overall performance is comparable to its leveled up siblings... AR 202 has already become a legend in hifi history since 2018... Yet of course audiophile ears are more picky and won't stay still with this kit. Therefore I purchased the silvery stereo amps afterwards cux I knew prices would go up very high and it is now proven positively and more so... Grab one even if used as ye still may... The AR 202 has an extraordinarily energetic drive in stereo sound given it's the youngest brother in the family. It brought much glory to the whole brand indeed...
Review in 2019: "...performs much better than the beefed up version 100v Yamaha A-S301 silver in way of responsive and agile bass, larger soundstage, impressive midrange and fine treble. no wonder it is the best selling amp in 2017 and 2018. i suppose the cult still goes on......"

Well made, a solid connection.
Size: 6 Pairs / 12 pcs
I liked them. They really lock down on the speaker wire to make a firm connection. They seem well made and are easy to install. My system sounds great.
