Its color is a soft tan to peachy light brown color with subtle darker brown streaks of spalt coloration. There are a many zones of mineralization as well as lines of black pencil line spalting. | Pecan Board P-459 1.8" x 6.2" x 12.2" 4.6 lbs. This is a beautiful board of moderately spalted Texas-grown Pecan wood. Its color is a soft tan to peachy light brown color with subtle darker-brown streaks of spalt coloration. There are a many zones of mineralization as well as lines of black pencil-line spalting. The wood grain has a pleasant and gracefully flowing pattern. This piece is GREEN to partially air-dried, meaning that it still retains a lot of its original moisture from when it was a living tree.. Moisture content was 20-25% when measured in May, 2022. It has been well-sealed with Anchor Seal and is in the process of slowly drying. It was heat-treated to kill off any hungry critters that may have been burrowing inside. If you need a current moisture content, please message us and we'll check its status for you. This piece of Pecan has plenty of character in it. There are open, during-growth cracks that have spalting along them. There are borer holes, most with spalting. Some are open, others are frass-filled. This piece is rough-sawn with surface irregularities and non-square faces; you'll want to plane and joint it if planning to use it in flatwork. Not good for putting away daily

This product may work of you are doing a full install, but is terrible for putting up and taking down daily. I have only had it 2 months and it is falling apart and will not stand straight.

Easy to put together

I was pleasantly surprised by how well this room divider is designed. The engineering behind it is actually pretty thoughtful. All the pieces line up exactly where you expect them to, and the connectors make assembly almost foolproof. I had it put together in just a few minutes without any frustration or extra tools.
The fabric panels look clean and modern, and the whole unit is surprisingly lightweight. That makes it easy to move around if you want to reconfigure a room or create a quick private space. Even though it’s light, it still feels stable once it’s assembled.
Overall it’s a simple product done right: easy to assemble, easy to move, and it does exactly what it’s supposed to do. I’d definitely buy it again.
