After three decades of ungentle supremacy CRYPTOPSY still make blasphemy sound fresh, but many underground metalheads trace the JUNO Award winners’ resurgence to the two EPs they released during the mid-2010s. “This is without a doubt the best material the band has released in the new century”, Decibel wrote about the opening chapter of ‘The Book of Suffering’.
As expected, CRYPTOPSY perform open face surgery with brutal technique on Tome I. Opener “Detritus (The One They Kept)” tears between manic riffs, precision blast beats and a skull-crushing breakdown. But with this EP, the Canadian band added a sick new narrative twist. Each song is bound and gagged by wild tales of the phobophiles among us who inflict unthinkable suffering, including a twisted-but-true recount of a Greyhound bus trip gone horribly awry.
‘The Book of Suffering: Tome I’ was released independently back in 2015 which, over the years, made it harder to hunt down. Now that the EP is reissued on CD, fans can finally suffer in peace.

Not my favorite.
Color: Medium Sand
I wanted to like this foundation, but it ended up being too drying on my skin. The finish looks chalky rather than smooth, which makes it hard to get a natural look. Unfortunately, it just didn’t work well for mE.

Azelaic Acid Sunscreen A MUST!!!! BEST sunscreen!!!
Style: Acne/Rosacea Prone Skin
Finally!!!!! I have found a sunscreen that actually helps my skin!! I have tried so so so many! Around 25 different types! From $-$$$$! This one is so great! It is still a sunscreen and feels a bit of a sunscreen at first but once it has set it is amazing! I would absolutely recommend! I have acne prone, dry, sensitive skin and this has not broken me out isn't heavy and hasn't inflamed my skin. It has actually improved my skin. I like the lower list of ingredients as well. I use Retin-a 0.1% (at night) and use a moisturizer AM&PM (person and covey DMl) under this. I would say it isn't a stand alone moisturizer. Would recommend this! And will be buying another one once this one is out! Pros: Liquid/watery consistency Minimal ingredient list Works great with makeup Layers nicely No white cast Easy to remove Nice packaging Good price point Great for acne/acne prone skin Flaky skin approved Not shiny Actually helped my skin Azelaic acid Cons: Slightly like applying sunscreen at first
