Your graphic illustration is created by me, by hand, direct to my computer screen, from my studio in Macclesfield, resulting in a truly personal piece of art to truly treasure.

TIMESCALE AND WHAT I NEED FROM YOU...

Once you have placed your order you will need to send me at least one good quality photograph of the house, ideally from a straight on angle. You can also send me the address too so I can have a virtual drive past on Google Maps!

You will receive the draft illustration within 2-6 days. Included with your purchase is ONE revision. With this revision, you can make any changes to the illustration. Should you need any additional revisions after the second draft has been sent to you then you may incur additional costs.

Once you approve the draft, I will send the final illustration DIGITAL FILE directly to your email address and IF you have chosen a print option, this will be mailed to you within 3-6 days
