Use Huile Prodigieuse® all year round, winter and summer, on your face, body and hair.Before applying the oil, warm it in your hands and then cup your hands under your se to enjoy the benefits of its scent on your mind.- On your face, use on its own (1 spray) or mix a few drops in the palm of your hand together with your NUXE cream. Smooth over your face from the centre towards the outer contours. Men will love it too, to keep their beard soft and silky.- On your body, apply in circular movements (bust, legs, etc.), paying particular attention to very dry areas of skin and/or stretch marks.- On your hair, spray 1 or 2 pumps of product into the palm of your hand and apply to the lengths and ends as often as required. For an intense conditioning treatment, apply once or twice a week as a mask all over your hair. Love my mat!

I’m new to stretching and recovery classes, and there is a lot of floor work. I was using the gym mats, but my knees, lower back, and glutes were hurting from being on the floor.
This mat is the perfect thickness and feels wonderful during floor exercises. It gives me the extra cushion I need without being difficult to use. It’s also lightweight, durable, easy to clean, and easy to roll up for transport. The pink makes me smile. That said , the mat makes the classes more enjoyable.
