TAKOM 48002 1/48 Henschel Hs129B-3 With INTERIOR Attack Aircraft Model KitAircraft explanation]
The Henschel Hs 129 was a twin-engine ground attack aircraft used by the German Luftwaffe during World War II.
Around 1937, the German Aviation Ministry presented a prototype competition to aircraft manufacturers for a "small twin-engine attack aircraft equipped with a 20 mm cannon and with heavy armor protection," and prototypes were produced based on designs by Focke-Wulf and Henschel.
Around 1939, when the prototypes of both companies were completed and comparative evaluation was conducted, the Hs129 was selected and 12 aircraft were ordered as the Hs129A-0.
However, the 465 horsepower of the Argus As410A-1 installed on the Hs129A-0 was not enough to give the five-ton aircraft the maneuverability it needed, and the aircraft had poor maneuverability and handling, making it difficult even for experienced pilots to control.
However, after the occupation of France, it became clear that the 700 horsepower Gnome-et-Rhone 14M air-cooled, double-radial, 14-cylinder engine could be used again, and the aircraft was redesigned as the Hs129B.
With these modifications, it was able to be used as a dedicated armored vehicle attack aircraft, attacking enemy armored vehicles from the air and destroying the upper parts of the vehicles, and proved effective in actual combat, earning it the nickname "Flying Can Opener."
The Hs129B-2 had modifications made to the engine carburetor area and the antenna mast was eliminated, and in terms of armament it was possible to equip the MK101, MK103, and BK3.7 37mm cannon packs.
The Hs 129B-3 was equipped with a BK7.5 75 mm anti-tank gun in its pack armament. It was initially tested under the designation Hs129B-2/R4, but was later adopted as the Hs129B-3. It is said that around 25 of these were deployed in combat.

Pretty Colors to Encourage Me to Walk!
Size: X-Large, Color: (601) Bittersweet Pink / Stone / Stone
Hum. Extra large does not seem extra large. I have a slender but size 10-10.5 foot. Will keep but was hoping for a looser fit. Bought to match an Under Armour walking outfit.
