Winemaking:
- Grapes are hand-picked and fermentation occurs in temperature controlled,
stainless steel tanks. Wine ages for 24 months in second year Allier oak barrels
before bottling.Â
Pairings:Â Ideal with roast pork, lighter game (like rabbit and quail), and mushroom dishes
