BD Blunt Fill with Particle Filter
Breaking open a glass ampoule often results in contamination of the injection fluid with tiny glass particles. To prevent the needle form withdrawing these particles and administering them to the patient, it is recommended to use a fill needle with integrated particle filter. As a result, complications caused by injected glass particles are reduced effectively.
