Thorne is a phenomenal company and the only supplements I trust. The reason I rated this so low is the absolutely disgusting flavor. Do yourself a favor and try another option

Great for recovery

Really helps with post work out recovery. I feel noticeably less sore when I take this after a workout. Definitely prefer the lemon flavor over the berry.
