Product Description
This Pedal Exerciser with Digital Display & Adjustable Resistance M37352 is designed for low impact rehabilitation and exercise. It is great for non-weight bearing exercise, as it is used from a standard seated position in a chair. This pedal exerciser incorporates an integral on-board computer that shows exercise time duration, calories consumed, cycles and revolutions per minute. The resistance of the pedals can be adjusted to increase or decrease the effort required to use the exerciser, therefore allowing for progressive increases in effort and fitness. The resistance knob for this product is supplied packed separately in the packaging. It simply screws into the main unit and can then be used to set the desired pedal resistance. To do this, turn the pedal resistance knob, clockwise to increase resistance (harder) and anti-clockwise to decrease (easier). It folds easily for storage by simply pulling on the integral ring on each leg, then folding the leg in. Unfold by pulling the legs out and they will simply snap into place. The pedals come complete with toe straps. Suitable for rehabilitation and gentle exercise. As friction is increased, or during long periods of vigorous exercise, the pedal and housing will become warm to the touch. Not a suitable alternative to a full size gym exercise bike or similar Measurement: Folded: 34 x 37 x 19 cm (13.5 x 14.5 x 7.5 inches). Operating: 48 x 37 x 27 cm (18.8 x 14.5 x 10.7 inches). Pedal: L10 cm x W4.5 cm (4 x 1.75 inches). Product Weight: 2 kg (4.4 lb). Note: Instructions need to be read to the ‘electronics’ to be set up correctly. If electronics are not working correctly, the battery needs changing to ‘reset’. Battery Replacement - Please note that this product is supplied complete with a battery. But if you need to change it here are the instructions. To access the battery, insert a small flat ended screwdriver into the slots on both sides of the digital display to release the clips. Lift the display out of the housing. Take care not to damage the connecting wires. Replace the battery and re-insert the display. Ensure the clips 'click' back into position securely. Please note: Please take care to thread the tension screw correctly when setting up this product, as if the screw is cross threaded it may be damaged so the product will not work. The tension screw needs to be turned several times to engage properly with the tension pad and provide the required resistance for the user.Shipping Notes

This is the book you are looking for.
Format: Paperback, Format: Paperback
After searching through about four different vocab books, I finally found one I can truly vouch for: Robert's Extremely Nerdy Guide to Digital SAT Vocabulary.
Robert is actually my daughter’s SAT tutor and recommended this book. At the time, my daughter had almost given up on the vocab portion of the SAT—there were only 7 weeks left to the test date (we’re now down to just 2 weeks). Honestly, what can you achieve in that short time? Still, I decided to buy it—what did we have to lose?
Because I’d already gone through so many SAT vocab books, I knew a good one when I saw it. Just flipping through the first few pages convinced me this was the right fit, and my daughter immediately got to work. The book starts with 6 sections on word roots, then moves into 26 sections of similar-meaning words. Each chapter includes a matching activity (which my daughter finds essential for retention) and ends with SAT-style practice questions.
Since using this book, she spends much more time memorizing and testing words. I only wish we had discovered it earlier so she could have had more time to digest and apply what she’s learning. Before this, she was getting about 50% of vocab questions right on a good day; now, after just over a month with this book, she’s averaging 80–90%.
As a side note, I’m not a native English speaker, and I’ve also learned so many words by reviewing her answers. Almost every word I’ve come across in the past and thought, “I should look this up someday” seems to be in this book—a testament to why the SAT brought vocabulary back for the digital test.
This book has served my family extremely well, and I plan to start my youngest child on it earlier. Get this book, and start early.

Fantastic categories for SAT vocab
Robert’s vocab book has been a fantastic addition to my tutoring resources. My students love the ease of progression through the short chapters. It is helping tremendously with vocabulary comprehension in addition to his mock tests.

Great list of words
Format: Kindle
Useful words, well organized. It's a valuable resource for students who are looking for points beyond grammar/notes/transitions.
