I don't quite do it justice in the chest area but I can just imagine how amazing this would look when fitted properly with a fuller bust. It is in excellent, gently worn, vintage condition. Quality make and feel. The velvet texture is incredible. Literally don't want to stop touch it. :)I would call this a true Small. As usual

There is zero stretch in the velvet so make sure to have some room to move in the dress. You'll not want this to be super snug around the hip. Skimming is better.

Runs large for a slim fit

I followed the size guide and ended up with an item that was to large in all areas. It did not fit like a slim fit. The fabric is odd and does not feel great against the skin. I love the design. I really wish it would have worked.
