Good quality, although expensive

Frankly, as with other printers, I thought that I could use reconditioned cartridges with this printer. The first set I purchased was not recognized, thus I have had to purchase genuine products. The cartridges, also offering good color, do not last long. It's a trade-off between cost and quality.

I have an Epson 1500 and I use Epson cartridges. Yes they are expensive but I have never had a problem with them
