PROCESSING & SHIPPING
- Our current processing time is 5-7 business days. If you need it shipped sooner than the current processing time, please notify us and we will try to accommodate (rush fee may apply).
- All orders are wrapped securely for shipping. You will receive a tracking number for your order. Sometimes the parcel used has a delay with updating the tracking information please give it 24 hours.
- After orders are processed please allow an additional 3-5 days for shipping unless you choose expedited shipping

- Personalized/Custom order are non-refundable
- You have 14 days from the confirm of receipt to return this item if there is a defect with the item.
- If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us and we’ll be happy to assist you.
- Please double check your customizations, we are not responsible for mistakes and will not replace the item at no cost.
- If an item comes damaged or cracked, we will replace it at no cost to you upon a photo of the damage within 24 hours of delivery
