My Black is Beautiful Golden Milk Fortifying Conditioner moisturizes and strengthens hair with turmeric, honey, and coconut oil. It seals in hydration, adds elasticity, and detangles strands for soft, healthy hair. Sulfate and paraben-free. Suitable for all hair types.
DIRECTIONS
- After washing hair with My Black is Beautiful Golden Milk Hydrating Shampoo
- Apply a generous amount of My Black is Beautiful Golden Milk Fortifying Conditioner to your palms
- Emulsify and distribute evenly throughout hair
- Gently finger-detangle hair
- With a wide-tooth comb, comb to fully detangle saturated strands, rinse thoroughly.
TIPS
- To avoid unnecessary tangles, section your hair and apply the Fortifying Conditioner to each section separately
- Starting at the scalp and working your way down
- Follow the same steps when rinsing – section by section, beginning at the scalp and working from top to bottom
- Avoid hot water if you can. A cold water rinse will close your cuticles and lock in moisture for shinier, frizz-free hair.

Excellent resource!

This is an amazing book. In Lorrie's way she breaks down EFT in a clear and concise way and provides strong support for all clinicians regardless of their level of training or experience.
