Rotten blood stained skin is stretched across dead flesh and organs, the bones of deformed skeletons protrude from these corrupted monsters. Others have taken on more animalistic features and appear as towering man-sized bat creatures. They regularly hunt together in their courts targeting the living like animals to sate their bloodlust. Many flee in horror, but those that are too slow or unlucky have their blood sucked dry and their flesh torn apart and consumed. Those not devoured are turned themselves into undead horrors and ghouls and become part of the pack.
