Frost Bitten Ice RieslingFrost Bitten Ice Riesling was vinted from Yakima Valley Riesling grapes which have been frozen post harvest. The result is a concentrated press juice with 37 Brix. Once fermented, the finished wine is a delicious sweet dessert wine with 18. 2% residual sugar similar in style to that of a true Icewine but at a fraction of the price. Due to its relatively high acidity, the wine does not taste cloyingly sweet or have a syrupy mouthfeel. Frost Bitten Ice

Frost Bitten Ice Riesling shows flavors of ripe pineapple, honeysuckle and peach aromas lead to honeyed, sweet stone and tropical fruit. This sweetness is balanced nicely with a crisp acidity at the finish.
