Winemaker Tim Phillips has worked in South Africa and Italy and makes incredible ciders, a wild beer and an astonishing sparkling Riesling. He has a small walled Victorian kitchen garden planted with Chardonnay, Sauvignon and Riesling. The terroir is great – gravels composed of limestone, flints and sandstone - and he farms organically with biodynamic treatments.
Tim is a perfectionist and only has enough grapes for one barrique. Because of this, we're limiting this to one bottle per customer - for just six lucky customers.
