Very slow--5+ minutes to froth and warm milk

Pros-- Makes nice froth and warms the milk. Both froth settings produce the same kind of froth. it's relatively easy to clean-- usually just a strong rinse will do. It does fine in the dishwasher too. The noise level isn't bad. Cons--it takes between five and six minutes to froth milk. It is very slow. I can froth latte art milk on my espresso maker in less than a minute, by comparison. The forth it produces is too thick to make any kind of latte art.

It was super easy to use and select the what I want. I love the glass pitcher and being able to see my half & half as it heats and foams up. The only thing that isn't perfect, and I didn't take any off on my stars for, is that the frother is plastic. I'm striving for a plastic-free life and this Milk Frother and Steamer is very close to that, but heating plastic releases nanoparticles into the contents. I may have to buy another one, since it seems that there is no spare pitcher available to buy. Two pitchers would be very handy.
