108 beads of 14-15 mm diameter, with Trikaya guru beads. White bead (conch shell) symbolizes Nirmanakaya, red (carnelian stone) Sambhogakaya, blue (lapis lazuli) Dharmakaya. The mala has a sliding knot to make it tighter or looser.
