Fruit from the youngest vines makes this wine, and fermentations are executed at cooler temperatures compared to the Nebbiolo for Barbaresco (at 24 degrees Celsius compared to 30 degrees). This wine boasts crisp lines and bright fruity tones of blueberry and crunchy cherry. In order to keep the acidity high, no leaves are removed in the vineyards during summer.
