Stop and Smile - Variegated Syngonium Albo

Meet the Syngonium Podophyllum 'Albo', also known as the Variegated Arrowhead! This striking houseplant is beloved for its arrow-shaped leaves and gorgeous white-green variegation. Its dynamic, climbing nature adds height and texture to any space, while its forgiving nature makes it perfect for plant newbies. As an extra bonus, the Variegated Arrowhead acts like a natural alarm clock—it lets you know when it’s thirsty by drooping and then dramatically perking back up once watered. This responsive beauty is a must-have for any plant shelf!

  • Propagation: Division
  • Growth: Vining, but can be clumping without support
  • Pests: Spidermites and Aphids
  • Toxicity: Toxic to humans and pets

Fun Fact About Syngonium: Nature's Thirst Alarm

The Variegated Arrowhead is like the plant world's drama queen—in a good way! When it’s thirsty, the leaves will droop dramatically, making it super easy to know when it needs watering. Give it a drink, and watch it perk back up in no time!

History Of the Syngonium: From the Tropics to Your Shelf 🌍

Native to the rainforests of Mexico and Brazil, the Syngonium Podophyllum has been a favorite for indoor gardeners worldwide thanks to its hardiness and adaptability. While it may have roots in tropical forests, this plant has found its way into homes and offices as a low-maintenance beauty with air-purifying qualities. Its popularity continues to grow, especially with the rise of variegated varieties like the 'Albo' form.

Good
I love these! They have a little smell to them but my stomach favors these types of vitamins rather than the chalky ones.

Good pain relief. Fair price and no side effects.
Size: 30 Count (Pack of 1)
I take this for its ability to block interleukin 1b and interleukin 6 and cox 1 and 2 enzymes without side effects or harm to liver or kidneys. This brand seems to be working well. I tried the Hawaii brand BioAstin 90 caps for $48 and this brand seems to be about the same price per cap. I have not noticed any difference in quality. Information: Astaxanthin works as an anti-inflammatory through multiple pathways. The various mechanisms of action for Astaxanthin as an anti-inflammatory have been demonstrated in several studies (Lee, et al, 2003; Ohgami, et al, 2003; Choi, et al, 2008; Kishimoto, et al, 2010). This research has consistently shown that Astaxanthin works on a variety of different causes of inflammation. In fact, there is evidence that it works on six different inflammatory markers, but that it works in a gentle, broad-spectrum manner. This is in distinct contrast to anti-inflammatory drugs such as Celebrex® and Vioxx® as well as over-the-counter anti-inflammatories such as Non-Steroidal Anti-Inflammatory Drugs (NSAIDs including Tylenol®, Motrin®, Alleve®, etc.) and aspirin, all of which target a single inflammatory marker, but in an intense manner. Inflammatory markers gently reduced by Astaxanthin include: • Prostaglandin E-2 • Interleukin 1b • Interleukin 6 • Tumor Necrosis Factor-A • Nitric Oxide et al, 2010) • Cox 1 & 2 enzymes (Lee, et al, 2003; Ohgami, et al, 2003; Choi, et al, 2008; Kishimoto, Natural Astaxanthin has never been reported to have any side effect or contraindication in hundreds of medical research studies as well as over 15 years of commercial consumer use.

Size: 30 Count (Pack of 1)
1 week - I've been taking this 12mg Astaxanthinand I've experienced no side effects. I've made sure to take this with food. My husband tried it twice and had a stomach ache afterwards, but I've been fine! I'm looking forward to seeing if this supplement helps with my dry eyes & gives me a glow/tan. Will provide an update in a month.
