• Hands on time: 0 minutes, 2 minutes to warm glaze
  Cooking time: 20-25 minutes

• Thaw pork completely. Keep potatoes in freezer.
  
  Preheat oven to 400F. Remove glaze and set aside. Start cooking potatoes at same time as pork. (cooking instructions on the bag). Place contents of pork bag into a pan with sides that has been either heavily sprayed with cooking spray or has been lined with sprayed foil (for easier clean up). Bake pork for 10 mins. and then turn pork over.
  
  Cook pork for an additional 10-15 mins until temperature reaches 155F. Let pork rest for 5 mins. before slicing.
  While the pork is cooking, empty contents of the cup of glaze into a saucepan (to warm on stove) or a microwave safe dish (for microwave). After pork rests for 5 minutes, slice thinly on a diagonal and drizzle with the maple glaze. Serve hot with roasted rosemary potatoes (provided). Add a green veggie and dinner is complete.
