Remanufacturing at Robert Bosch Automotive Steering includes all those products which we produce new and supply to vehicle manufacturers as original equipment.
Renovation is carried out in accordance with a strictly defined process. All seals, synthetic and plastic parts are replaced 100%. Other parts which do not fall within the tolerance limits of series production are likewise replaced with new spare parts from the production line.
The remanufactured units undergo extensive testing on the test rig before being released for delivery. This process ensures that all remanufactured products are of the same quality as those from the production line.
