Houzer M-200 THUNDER Granite Composite Top Mount 50/50 Double Bowl Sink is meticulously crafted with a highly functional Design to accommodate a variety of culinary tasks with ease. Engineered from 80% fine quartz sand, the Quartztone granite material boasts remarkable durability, being three times harder than natural granite, yet maintains a silky touch and requires minimal maintenance. its non-porous surface ensures effortless cleaning and prevents stains, while its exceptional resistance to thermal shock makes it suitable for daily use. Quartztone exhibits UV stability and can withstand temperatures up to 500 degrees F, safeguarding against fading, chips, and scratches. This sink comes equipped with 1 pre-drilled hole and 4 pre-scored faucet holes for added convenience. Complete with instructions, mounting clips, and a template, installation is made simple and hassle-free. Compliant with ASME 100.19.3-2000 and UPC standards, the Houzer M-200 Granite Composite Top Mount 50/50 Double Bowl Sink sets the standard for durability and functionality in your kitchen.
