How to Use:

Place the lash clusters under the natural lashes, just above the waterline. The applicator can help with application. Start applying the clusters at the outer corner of the eye. We recommend about 3 clusters per eye. For a cat-eye effect, simply apply one cluster to the outer corner of the eye. To ensure a perfect hold, each cluster should be firmly pressed against its own lashes.
