Tubers should be stored in pine shavings in a dark location between 40 50 degrees Fahrenheit. Do not allow to freeze.

Tubers should be stored in pine shavings in a dark location between 40-50 degrees Fahrenheit. Do not allow to freeze. Temperatures above 50 degrees may cause tubers to sprout prematurely.
