Make a significant power and throttle response improvement on your 1987-1997 Ford F-Series 7.5L with this BBK Twin 61mm throttle body. BBK Performance throttle bodies use a large bore for more airflow, creating quicker throttle response and better acceleration.

Easy Installation
This F-Series throttle body is a direct fit replacement for a hassle free installation. BBK Performance throttle Bodies are designed and manufactured in the USA.

Tech Note:
TPS Voltage Settings on the 460 will be around .95v at idle position and about 4.95v at WOT position. You must use a digital voltmeter grounding the negative and probing the center of the 3 TPS wires (slide the probe in between the wire and rubber isolator in the back of the plug). While it is plugged into the TPS, turn the key to the on position but engine not running.

WARNING - EXTREMELY SHARP AREAS

UPDATE: The 2nd one I ordered was exactly the same with the sharp parts in the same areas as the first one. I cannot stress enough that a few points are sharp enough to cut or badly scratch. So if you’re planning on putting some food on it so your pup can lick, this is not the product you want! This could still scratch or cut the gums if used as a chew toy too though. I was thinking about sanding the sharp points but then I have no idea if that exposes any chemicals somehow? Really wanted this to work out! I took this corn on the cob toy out of the plastic to wash it and before I even got to the sink I realized there were several areas that are super sharp. A few sharp enough that could cut or badly scratch! It was sealed in a plastic bag and shows no signs of being used so this defect must happen at the manufactures level. I added a video showing how easily it snags a cotton ball, cotton pad and even a beanie. Please thoroughly check your item before giving it to your pup! I was so excited to put some smashed banana on this thing and give it to my guy and thank god I checked it first! I’m going to return it and see if a 2nd one is any better and I’ll update if it is or isn’t. Also, the super sharp spots were very hard to photograph which is why I added the video.
